Ken Garff Ford American Fork wants to make it easier to keep your vehicle (and life) running smoothly with Pickup and Delivery service. Now, we can pick your vehicle up from your work or home and then drop it off when your service is complete. Just schedule your service and we’ll take care of the rest!

Our pickup and delivery service is simple because it’s meant to save you time! Here’s what you need to know.
Schedule Your Appointment
You can easily schedule your appointment online, and when you do so, just select Pickup and Delivery service.
On the day of your service, a Zapmoto® will come to your home or work. Just hand them the keys, and they’ll take it to the dealership!
While you tackle the rest of your busy schedule, our factory-trained technicians will perform the service you requested. Once we’re done, we’ll let you know how it went and if we recommend any additional repairs.
When your vehicle is ready, we’ll call to make sure you’re available, and then bring it back to you. It’s that simple!
Service times vary based on the nature of the appointment. Talk to your service advisor for an estimate.
2. How will I receive updates about my vehicle service?
We can reach out via phone, text, or email—whichever you prefer!
3. Is the Pickup and Delivery service available for all repairs?
As long as your vehicle is drivable and not part of a collision, all warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible.
4. What are the distance restrictions for Pickup and Delivery?
10 miles from the dealership.
5. Can Pickup and Delivery be used with Roadside Assistance?
Not at this time.
6. Will I get a loaner vehicle?
If you need a loaner vehicle, you can indicate that when you schedule your appointment online.
7. How do I make changes or cancel my Pickup and Delivery time?
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change your times.
8. Can I change my Pickup and Delivery location?
If you need to change the location, contact us as soon as possible and let us know your new location. (Must still be within a 10-mile radius of the dealership.)
9. How do I resolve Pickup and Delivery issues?
If you have any issues or questions, give us a call or send us a message and we’ll be happy to resolve those with you!
