I came in with a bit of a headache of a situation involving my forward collision system and some concerns with driver safety features, and Max was great to work with through all of it. His communication really stood out, he kept me updated, explained what was going on, and made sure I was never left wondering what was happening with my vehicle. I came in frustrated and concerned about the issues I was having, but by the time everything was taken care of, I left feeling confident in my vehicle and really good about my decision to purchase it. Max was a huge part of turning the whole experience around. If you’re bringing your vehicle in for service, definitely ask for Max. He’ll be my go-to for any service needs moving forward. The transportation bonus was an unexpected and appreciated gesture that really demonstrated their commitment to earning my business and loyalty. Rhett Meriweather was polite, welcoming, and business-like. I especially appreciated that he was not overly pushy about extended warranties or additional products. Very nice staff they were very friendly and helpful. Very nice waiting area with lots of places to sit kept me updated on process with my vehicle and explain everything it may need to have done.

I have appreciated the willingness of this place to call and work with my warranty service. I have also had multiple visits for different issues that were negotiated on my behalf with the third party warranty. I also appreciate the Uber and vehicle drop off service. Whit has been my main contact and Alex while Whit was out of office. Both were great to work with.

I appreciated the work done on my vehicle however, Even though they did a Free Courtesy car wash ... It left white water spots all over my F-150 truck. I think other car wash places must use soft water to eliminate that problem. It would be appreciated if this problem could be corrected. 🤨
