I’ve read through several good reviews, and am sad to have experienced the complete opposite.
In the past year, my car has been a mess. I went into Ford, and they diagnosed the issue and had it fixed. $6,000 later, the issue was supposedly fixed. It required me to change my whole engine, which is no little feat. I’ve also had other fixtures made that they have done in addition after one thing is “fixed.”

I took my F350 in for an oil change and it’s 50k mile service. Both were prepaid Ford plans. During my evaluation they pointed out several things that ‘needed’ to be fixed or replaced. Spencer the person that helped me was very thorough and polite. He communicated with me on exactly what was happening with my car.

Seems much better than they used to be. Not sure if they adjusted their scheduling or what, but it used to be painful to drop off and pick up, the last 2 times I’ve been it was seamless.

Curtis was very professional and nice to work with. I appreciate him taking his time to explain what needed to be done to my car and getting it fixed. All the updates he gave me set my mind at ease. I thank him very much and the dealership.

My frustration is more centered on Ford than this specific dealership. My truck had the Ford death wobble which i reported very early on—probably within a few months of purchasing it. I was told that the truck had been checked and there was nothing wrong with it. I only learned very recently that it is a real and widely known condition in many Ford trucks. My 2019 F-350 has been sitting in the service department at Ken Garff Ford in American Fork for 16 of the last 17 months. The first 7 months I can't say were necessarily their fault because of parts shortages. I needed an entire engine replaced and getting the motor from Ford took time. Getting the repairs covered under warranty also took time.
Less than a month after getting my truck back with a "new" motor I was left stranded again with another engine that needs to be replaced and this time a turbo as well.

I went to this dealership because of my extended warranty. We waited 5 mos for parts and service was scheduled. They had my vehicle for a week to do the work with 0 updates. I called daily to see where we were at on getting work done. After work was completed I still haven’t received final paperwork. Overall I think they want to do good but customer service is near non existent except for Karen.

This dealership is soooo bad - especially when you consider how vocal they are about wanting to be a "5-Star" dealership! I've had them work on my F350 several times and every time it is a joke. Since I can’t see what takes place in the garage area, I have to assume they are preforming proper maintenance on my car. I made an appointment, got there and the information given was incorrect. They made up for it by expediting what I needed to avoid multiple trips. So they performed well at the end. Car was return dirty because it snowed a lot. I wish the would have gobe the extra mile to clean it a little.

I reserved a Bronco in July 2020, and received it in July of 2022. Ford has a price protection program that ensures I pay the price I reserved the vehicle at, not todays current price. Garff has a problem with full transparency. A clean title doesn't always mean the car is "clean". After purchasing an auto from them, I found out the car had been in accident the year before with significant damage and air bag deployed. Seems a dealership with integrity makes sure the buyer knows the full history of a vehicle, not simply saying "you could have found that out". There are many dealerships, find one with a measure of integrity.

I have tried contacting Rodney Peterson - Parts Manager & Ray Paddock twice by email & phone call and have never received a return call or email. I wanted help with my 2018 Ford Explorer XLT. I am now trying to get help from a different dealership.

Nikolas was my service representative. I explained that I had a service engine light come on. He said they would take a look, but that the diagnostic would be $99. When they checked out my truck, the light was no longer on. He said they still ran the diagnostic but nothing came up. And he didn’t charge me the $99. Been dealing with electrical issues in my car for about 6 months. First visit in late August, they just told me nothing was wrong. Second visit in December, they replaced the battery (3rd battery in 18mo). Issue is still ongoing. Now nobody will return phone calls.
