Seems much better than they used to be. Not sure if they adjusted their scheduling or what, but it used to be painful to drop off and pick up, the last 2 times I’ve been it was seamless.

I have always had excellent service from this dealership and from the service department. Since I can’t see what takes place in the garage area, I have to assume they are preforming proper maintenance on my car. Two years ago I had problems with a Ford Dealership in Spanish Fork who claimed they had rotated the tires and changed the oil, etc but had not! They lost my business and I have told friends and family to avoid their dealership.

I made an appointment, got there and the information given was incorrect. They made up for it by expediting what I needed to avoid multiple trips. So they performed well at the end. Car was return dirty because it snowed a lot. I wish the would have gobe the extra mile to clean it a little.

Nikolas was my service representative. I explained that I had a service engine light come on. He said they would take a look, but that the diagnostic would be $99. When they checked out my truck, the light was no longer on. He said they still ran the diagnostic but nothing came up. And he didn’t charge me the $99. I thought he was a good rep who was genuinely courteous. I think I would go back to this dealership specifically because of his manner.
